文件上传后，优惠数据将以表格格式显示。用户必须按照已排序的 CSV 表格中的数据匹配所有列标题。\
（映射列后删除第 1 行标题）

1. Offer 名称
2. 货币
3. 广告主 ID（数字）
4. 广告主收入模型
5. 广告主价格
6. 联盟成本模型
7. 联盟支付金额
8. Offer URL
9. 开始日期（MM-DD-YYYY）
10. 可见性（open、approval、private）
11. 状态（live、paused）
